Coupland ISD Community,
Coupland ISD classes and activities for Tuesday, January 21, 2025, are canceled due to inclement winter weather. Decisions to cancel classes are made with input and consultation with the national weather service as well as local, county, and state agencies in order to make the best decision for our district.
We will continue to monitor weather conditions and provide information about classes for Wednesday, January 22, 2025, via the website and district communication platforms by 6:00 pm Tuesday evening.

Spring picture day is scheduled for February 10, 2025. Orders should be placed through www.strawbridge.net or any order envelopes that are provided by the school. More information will be shared in the coming weeks.

Winter Weather Warning: The admin team is closely monitoring winter weather precipitation that is forecasted to impact the Coupland ISD area from Monday night into Tuesday morning. If there is any reason for a change to our normal school hours that will be directly communicated to staff and the community via all platforms. Please closely monitor district communications throughout the extended weekend.

Harvest Day in the GT Garden! Coupland 3rd and 5th graders pick broccoli ahead of this weekend’s freeze and present it to our Child Nutrition Director, Christina Alderete. We’re going to water and cover the cabbages and hope for the best as temps drop to the low 20s. 🥦🥬

Congratulations to our Teacher of the Month, Serena Abbott! Mrs. Abbott goes above and beyond. She is always in classrooms, staying late, helping in PreK, Kinder and Life skills. She is an amazing part of our team and always has a smile on her face!
Congratulations to our Staff Member of the Month, Pam Herber!! In the rare case that Pam doesn't know the answer to a question, she finds out! She works hard and we're thankful to have her! She is incredible, kind, always has a smile, and is always willing to help.
